One of my favorite aspects of Seabourn cruises is the social environment. Because all drinks (alcohol, specialty coffees, soda, bottled water) and gratuities are included, it is very easy to meet up with others and spontaneously sit for a while and have a drink. Nobody is buying, bartenders are in a constant state of refilling, and conversations flow. 

This happens everywhere on the ship – in the pool and hot tubs, in the club, the bars – so it is pretty easy to engage fellow passengers. Bar Manager, Daciano, met with me to make one of the popular Caribbean drinks: the Mojito. His secret? You’ll have to watch to find out!
